Ron Kattas
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO Mr. Kattas is responsible for company operations, executive management, client engagement management, business development, staffing, and proposal development for the company.
Mr. Kattas has over twenty years of experience providing technology and management expertise to commercial and government clients. He brings a mixture of Big Five consulting and entrepreneurial experience that ranges from application development, executive and project management, organizational development, and business strategy.
Previously, Mr. Kattas helped found, grow and sell two IT consulting firms. He founded T4 Consulting Group, a technical services consulting firm, and served as the President and CEO. He built the firm from the ground up without outside funding from zero revenue in 2000 to $3 Million in 2001, selling the company in 2002. He was a major shareholder and an early member of Codin Solutions, an IT Intelligence services company. He served as president and helped drive the company to $6 Million in revenue in 2007.
Mr. Kattas was one of the founders of Confidant, Inc., a division of Frontline Capital group, where he played an integral part in the formation of the business plan, the proof-of-concept design, and providing management direction for the web-based service offering.
Mr. Kattas served as a Manager in the Electronic Commerce Practice at KPMG Consulting for 5 years providing business development and project management services for several Fortune 500 companies and high profile Government Clients.
Mr. Kattas hold a BS in Computer Science from Northeastern University and a Masters in Business Administration from Lehigh University.
Scott Graham
President
Mr. Graham joined the NextPoint Group in 2006. His responsibilities include strategic planning, business development and managing a world class IT consulting group.
Mr. Graham has twenty years of management and business development experience in the technical services and professional sports industries. He has built and managed sales teams in almost every destination generating new business revenue up to 30M per year. He utilizes a partnership approach to managing staff and serving clients that focuses on high visibility, accountability and flexibility.
Previously at Coleman & Associates Enterprises, he focused on growing the defense sector along with managing client engagements and on-site consultants. Prior to joining Coleman, Mr. Graham managed sales teams for various sports marketing companies and professional sports teams including Sport Productions, Shinn Enterprises, and the 2001 World Champion Baltimore Ravens.
Mr. Graham has a BS in Business Administration from Elon University
Kevin Green
Chief Strategy Officer
Kevin P. Green is the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) responsible for developing the business strategy and direction for NextPoint Group.
Mr. Green oversees the company’s technical approach and how it can be leveraged across all of its consulting practices. In addition, Mr. Green assists the CEO with developing NextPoint’s penetration into new industries and markets, utilizing its diverse management team and growing national and global presence.
Mr. Green has over 20 years of experience providing engineering and management expertise to the technology industry. He has experience supporting small to large enterprises within the commercial and government sectors. He brings the ability to view technical issues with the business acumen to understand the bottom line impact. He has experience engineering and managing development and O&M environments comprising of various platforms. He has lead diverse groups in support of these projects, focusing on efficiency and execution. In addition to, Mr. Green’s technical experience, he has supported numerous mission environments and training components in various roles ranging from Operational Support, Desk Officer to serving as an Executive Officer (XO). The combination of his technical, operations and business experience allows Mr. Green to bridge our customers’ problem sets to a set of requirements that leads to the delivery of a solution.
Previously, Mr. Green served as an Executive Vice President at IT Solutions LLC, overseeing all contracts, business development, and operations within the Intelligence Division. In addition, Mr. Green was the founder and CEO of Codin Solutions, Inc. (Codin), acquired by ITSolutions in August of 2007. Prior to Codin, Mr. Green held various Engineering/IT positions with Perot Systems, General Dynamics, and Harris Corporation. Mr. Green served in the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Technician, with duty stations in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, J-3 (Operations).
Beth Jachim
Managing Partner
As one of NextPoint Groups Partners, Ms. Jachim works with her Partners and Senior Management to ensure the company is aligned for market competitiveness while maintaining compliance and strategic growth within the federal consulting arena. Currently NextPoint Group generates $30M in annual revenue with 150 employees based in six countries.
Ms. Jachim also leads the company’s charitable involvement. NextPoint Group was the major event sponsor for all five years of Mini’s Mission kickball tournament which partnered with KickIt and Jeff Gordon’s Children’s Foundation to raise awareness and money for children’s cancer. NextPoint Group was also a two year Silver Sponsor of the Dulles Plane Pull benefitting The Special Olympics. In 2019 NextPoint Group organized its first golf tournament which raised over $10,000.00 benefitting one of its employee’s children’s foundations, Joey’s Foundation, which raises awareness and money to support children with brain injuries. Currently, NextPoint Group sponsors the annual Willing Warriors Annual Bike Ride held by Serve Our Willing Warriors based in Haymarket, VA.
Ms. Jachim has over twenty years of experience providing operational direction in both commercial and governmental industries. She has worked for Big Five consulting and start-up technology companies as well as the Departments of Defense and Commerce.
Previously, Ms. Jachim managed the operations of two start-up IT companies. In 2000 she was the second employee of Inteliguard, a consulting firm and SunMicrosystems partner, where she served as Manager of Operations. After one year the company was generating over $1M in revenue and in 2001 merged with T4 Consulting Group. In 2005 she assisted in the expansive growth and success of Codin Solutions, an IT Intelligence services company where she served as Director of Operations.
In addition Ms. Jachim provided consulting services to WinStar Communciations where she managed the 24 × 7 operations of WinStar’s 168 switches and hubs in seventeen major U.S. cities. Ms. Jachim also spent two years with EDS’s Government Consulting Group where she provided Change Management services to the U.S. Mint during their state quarter initiative. With the Department of Defenses’ Defense Civilian Personnel Management Service she was part of a team that supplied research and materials published in the National Performance Review.
Ms. Jachim is a graduate of Old Dominion University.

Brandon Ginsburg
Chief Growth Officer
Brandon Ginsburg is a mission-focused industry expert responsible for leading growth, business development, capture management, and proposal operations, delivering leading-edge technology solutions to help solve his customers’ greatest challenges. Mr. Ginsburg has over twenty years of management and business development experience, with a consistent record of achieving revenue, profit and expense objectives. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed and delivered strategies to grow new business opportunity pipelines, win high-value contracts, manage multi-million-dollar annual new business fund budgets, and lead high performing teams that deliver year-over-year growth in core and expansion markets.
Mr. Ginsburg is a growth executive specialized in business development, investment, M&A, market / customer / competitive analysis, technology, and workforce strategy for the national security sector. Deeply patriotic and mission-focused, Mr. Ginsburg has dedicated his career to contributing to the security of our nation. During his more than two decades in the federal government contracting industry, he has worked to instill growth-minded cultures, build lasting personal and professional relationships, and improve partnerships between industry and government sectors in support of customer missions. Mr. Ginsburg taps into experience and skills as a motivational leader and relationship-builder. With the highest degree of ethics, he thoughtfully develops employees, fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and guides agile methodologies to drive new business growth.
Prior to joining NextPoint Group, Mr. Ginsburg was Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at NT Concepts where he led the maturation and execution of corporate growth and the business development organization pursuing new business within the Intelligence, Defense, and Homeland Security markets. Previously, Mr. Ginsburg led growth activities at Leidos (SAIC prior) for 15 years where he served most recently as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, supporting multiple agency customers across the Intelligence Community and DoD during his tenure at the company.
Mr. Ginsburg earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He also has completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, NC.
Sue Mikolashek
Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Mikolashek joined NextPoint Group in February 2011 as the Human Resources Manager and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout her career with the company. She brought with her over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Government Contracts, Network Administration and Compliance.
Ms. Mikolashek oversees the Accounting, Contracts, Security and Human Resources departments and is a member of NextPoint’s Executive Committee.
Prior to joining the team, Ms. Mikolashek’s previous management experience includes C2 Portfolio, General Electric, Smiths Aerospace, Dowty Aerospace and Future Business Leads of America, where she was responsible for government contracts, facility security, state and federal compliance, human resources, benefit negotiation and administration, 401k plan administration, employee relations, training, payroll, corporate policy, publication design and network administration.
Ms. Mikolashek is a graduate from State University of New York, Alfred, with a degree in Graphic Arts.
Shep Oliver
Chief Technology Officer
As NextPoint Group’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Shep Oliver focuses on the technological requirements, opportunities, and challenges within our portfolio of clients. Additionally, he provides and enhances NextPoint Group’s services and solutions while partnering with the CSO and CGO. He continues to provide on-site Cyber Security consulting services to several clients.
Mr. Oliver has over twenty-five years of technical operational, management, and business development experience, delivering results, achieving company goals and recruiting/training/mentoring technology professionals.
He joined the NextPoint Group team in November 2011, after nearly seventeen years as an on-site leader and customer advocate at Dell Services Federal Government formally known as Perot Systems Government Services (Dell is ranked number 41 in the Fortune 500 for 2011). As the Director of National Security Program, Information Technology Services for Dell Services, he promoted Dell, rendering Professional Services and increased their industry profile through strategic planning and business development endeavors resulting in opportunities for growth with new clients and projects.
His operational business area expertise involved leading several contracts of $25M+ in total annual revenue, consisting of 150+ personnel. He exceeded corporate expectations with establishing four consecutive years of growth, averaging 17% per year expanding the base organically. Additionally, in 2009, he was responsible for winning a new $60M IT Support Contract. Led an on-site contract team of 120 FTEs, achieving an average 'outstanding performance rating' of 96% over ten periods of performance (5 years). He has a strong understanding of PMI fundamentals.
He is an experienced Technical Member of IT Teams with knowledge in the areas of system engineering, cyber security, system operations, system integration, and project planning. Specifically, in the areas of Dissemination Systems, Office Automation, Internet Service Providers, Network Operations, Help/Service Desk and Application Development/Web-Related Services.
From 2000-2003, he led a small team with designing, building and deploying of an IT mission solution consisting of a very secure self -protecting document system with the use of Digital Rights Management (DRM) techniques. In the late 1990's, he helped with penetrating the wholesaling ISP market, and was responsible for the installation and oversight of a Network Operation Center (NOC) of nearly 50 Points of Presence within CONUS.
Matt Pestone
Executive Vice President, Intel Operations
As NextPoint Group’s Executive Vice President of Intel Operations, Matt Pestone oversees the day-to-day operations of the Virginia Intel Team, manages contract relations, and drives strategic growth. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, he provides support across multiple customer contracts and directs a team of offsite recruiters and account managers.
Mr. Pestone has been actively engaged in U.S. government contracting since 2007. Prior to joining NextPoint Group, he built his career at one of the industry's largest Information Technology staffing firms, where he held various roles and spent his final two years managing one of the company’s largest national accounts.
In 2012, Mr. Pestone joined NextPoint Group as an Account Manager to lead the expansion of the Virginia Intel Team. Over the years, he has taken on multiple roles—both in title and responsibility—playing an integral part in the company’s growth. He values the close-knit culture of a small business and remains actively involved in all aspects of operations. Under his leadership, the Intel Team has expanded from a small group into the hundreds. While working in a dynamic industry driven by evolving technologies and customer needs, Mr. Pestone specializes in talent development, focusing on building and cultivating high-performing teams.
Mr. Pestone holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Management from Radford University.
Brad Beggs
Executive Vice President
Mr. Beggs has over 10 years of experience working in the public sector, supporting a variety of clients in the areas of system engineering, system operations, system integration, business operations, and project planning. He has proven experience translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring projects stay within scope and cost while meeting agreed upon timelines.
He has assisted multiple customers in the development of their strategic vision and helped in the execution of that plan. Additionally, Mr. Beggs has used his business acumen and technical understanding to assist his employers in delivering and winning multiple acquisitions within the Intelligence Community. Specifically, he has been a capture manager and also been responsible for delivering subcontracts, the staffing volume, and the technical and management volumes.
Mr. Beggs is a graduate of University at Buffalo with a B.S. in Business Management with concentrations in Financial Analysis and Management Information Systems. He also received a Masters in Systems Engineering from George Washington University.
Bree Acampora
Vice President
Ms. Acampora, CMP, brings over 17 years of diverse leadership experience in operations, business development, program support and team development primarily in the meetings and service industry. She has served on executive committees with Hilton, Marriott and Independent Luxury Brands providing strategic and tactical guidance to drive optimal business outcomes and exceptional results for customers.
Her scope also included facilities and asset management, vendor engagement and capital projects. She has led several technology implementations and has brought that expertise to NextPoint Group, integrating and improving HRIS systems with a focus on user experience.
Joining the NextPoint team in 2015, Ms. Acampora now leads all Human Resources functions including new employee on-boarding, employee relations, special events, benefit administration, compliance and the company’s continuing education program.
Ms. Acampora is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in Organizational Communication with a focus on Interpersonal Relations in the Workplace.
Ainsley Brooks
Vice President
Mr. Brooks joined NextPoint Group in 2006 as the first salaried employee. He has over 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry in the areas of Satellite Communications and Network Engineering.
Since joining Nextpoint Group, he has served as a Senior Network Consultant for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Agency. During his time at CBP, he won multiple awards including the U.S Customs and Border Protection OneNet Service Award and Star Achievement Award. He currently supports the Intelligence Community (IC) as a Senior Network Engineer Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Mr. Brooks served in The United States Marine Corps for 6 years and received an honorable discharge.
Mr. Brooks is a graduate of Howard University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He also holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
Greg Crouch
Vice President
Mr. Crouch has over 14 years of experience providing development, implementation, deployment and operation of information systems and technology solutions for business needs. He has experience planning, directing and coordinating all activities associated with creating software across multiple functional areas and products.
Mr. Crouch joined NextPoint Group in April 2010 as a Program Manager. Prior to that, he held various management positions with ITSolutions, Perot Systems, and BAE Systems.
Mr. Crouch is a graduate from George Mason University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Networking and Security.
Angela Denwiddie
Vice President
Ms. Denwiddie has over 20 years’ experience working in the Telecommunications Industry. She has supported numerous federal customers, including Department of State, Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Department of Defense. Her area of expertise includes telecommunications infrastructure design and installation, project planning and project management. She was instrumental in leading her team in the Pentagon Renovation project and became the 1st woman promoted to the level of Forman (Henkel’s and McCoy, Inc.)
Additionally, the team she led logged over 10K hours after 9/11 tragedy to prepare temporary spaces for displaced personnel, earning several spot and customer service awards.
Ms. Denwiddie joined NextPoint Group in 2007 and has worked on numerous contracts over the years. Currently, she is the Program Manager at the Defense Health Agency, where she has doubled the FTEs on the contract and continues to add personnel. In addition to managing her team, she assists her government customer in the development and technical vision of the telecommunications from an agency standpoint. She diligently seeks out new opportunities where NextPoint Group can bid and subsequently win and continue to provide excellent service.
Ms. Denwiddie served in the United Stated Army for 11 years, was stationed both stateside and overseas and received an Honorable discharge.
Eliane Stanislavsky
Vice President
Mrs. Stanislavsky has over 17 years of experience in Program Management support, project/program staffing and workforce planning. Her responsibilities include interviewing and hiring candidates, pipelining potential staff for voluminous programs/proposals, defining new staffing procedures and providing Business Development support.
Mrs. Stanislavsky joined NextPoint Group in March 2013 as an Account Manager. Prior to that, she held a management position with leidos (SAIC) as she lead hiring and staffing efforts on various successful programs from interview to indoc with a maximum value of $200M.
Mrs. Stanislavsky has a BA in Art Studio from University of Maryland, College Park. She is Fluent in spoken and written Arabic, English and French.
Norma Gilliard
Director
Norma Gilliard is a Native of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. After graduating from BOK Vocational Technical School, she began a career in banking as a Supervisor Bank Teller.
In 1978 Norma moved to the DMV and began working for C&P Telephone Company, now know as Verizon Telecommunications. This began Norma’s career in Telecommunication. Norma held several jobs and roles at the C&P Telephone company working her way up the ranks to become a Communications Representative, responsible for many high-profile projects for the Pentagon and DMV area. Norma has over 40 years’ experience in Telecommunication and Customer Service.
In 2016 Norma was offered a job with NextPoint Group as a Telecommunication Service Control Officer (TSCO ) for the Department of Defense Agency (DOD), providing telephone services to DOD customers in the Pentagon and National Capital Region. As a sought after TSCO with many years of experience, she was asked to lead the Landline Voice Audit team to conduct audits for DOD Agencies, these audits resulted in huge savings for the agencies. Norma and her team were instrumental in providing a huge cost savings to several government agencies before the audits were forced to conclude due to COVID. To date, the government is still anxiously waiting for the audits to begin again.
In 2022 Norma was promoted to the Team Lead position, to manage the entire Voice/Landline team, that supports the Pentagon and National Capital Region.
Nicole Kauffman
Director
Nicole Kauffman joined NextPoint Group in 2019 and quickly stepped into the role as team lead. She has led multiple visual communications projects and is an advocate for user centered design. Nicole is instrumental in enhancing NPG corporate culture, focusing on supporting current employees, assisting business development, and expanding capture activities within the client space.
Nicole brings over 14 years of experience working in the public sector, supporting a variety of clients as a senior graphic designer, multimedia designer, and web/UI developer. In addition to her B.S. in Biology from Stevenson University, Nicole also received a Master’s Certificate in Visual Communications from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction from Iowa State University. Nicole most recently completed a year-long UX, UI, and Frontend Development certificate program from CareerFoundry.
Anthony Ferrari
Associate Director
Anthony Ferrari joined NextPoint Group in 2017 as the Intelligence Group Program Support Specialist. In his current role as Associate Director, he specializes in business development, program support, staffing, and employee retention. His efforts are directly responsible for expanding the company’s presence on several strategic contracts in the Intelligence Community.
Prior to joining NextPoint Group, Mr. Ferrari had a successful career in sales and marketing for multiple companies across different industries.
Mr. Ferrari is a graduate of George Mason University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
Cynthia Fitzsimmons
Associate Director
Ms. Fitzsimmons brings over 11 years of experience delivering software and strategy solutions across both the public and private sectors. With a background consulting for Fortune 100 companies and over 5 years of experience within the Intelligence Community, she excels at quickly understanding business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and balancing competing priorities. This has enabled her to build and lead successful teams solving a wide range of business and technical challenges.
As a Software Engineer and Architect, her areas of expertise include multi-system architecture and data integration, legacy application migration, and user-centric software design and development. She is dedicated to bridging the gap between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams, efficiently transforming complex problems into practical and effective solutions.
Ms. Fitzsimmons holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from George Mason University.

Associate Director
Raymond Gould joined NextPoint Group in 2018 as a highly skilled, talented, and accomplished Project Manager with two decades of Department of Defense and Telecommunication experience in analyzing, implementing, and accomplishing goals by effectively collaborating across multi-level groups to understand the strategic mission and project requirements. He currently ensures continual feedback loop with Senior Leadership; while adhering to all DISA J6 and Department of Defense (DOD) policies. This has been accomplished by excellent organization, verbal, writing, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Raymond currently leads and direct a team of DISA J6 Pentagon Boards, Commissions, Task Force/Operational Service Request (BCTF/OSR) Project Managers and Technicians responsible for a customer base consisting of 26,000 customers assigned to the Head Quarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) and Joint Staff (JS). The BCTF/OSR team manages, performs, and completes simultaneous small-scale to large -scale IT Projects with the emphasis on providing expert advice and guidance of the customer’s information technology initiatives throughout the Pentagon and National Capital Region (NCR).
Raymond has a Bachelor’s Degree, Humanities and Business Administration from University of Maryland, College Park. He also received Project Management Certification from Rutgers University and Developing Front Line Leaders Certificate from Towson University. Raymond is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
Jeff Trautner
Associate Director
Mr. Trautner joined NextPoint Group in 2022. He brings more than 26 years supporting various government agencies from National Institutes of Health, Department of Commerce, as well as a number of Intelligence Community (IC) customers.
He held a number of positions as a Systems Engineer before moving into leadership and management. Supporting the Department of State he worked as a Network Operations manager and for the National Reconnaissance Office as a Service Operations Manager. In his current position, he is a Project Manager/Systems Integrator supporting an IC customer.
He retired from the United States Air Force in 1998 after more than 20 years service.
He holds three associates degrees as well as a B.S. in Information Systems Management, as well as a Masters certificate in Project Management from Villanova University and his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
Jon Van Zandt
Associate Director
Mr. Van Zandt joined NextPoint Group in 2013. He brings 27 years of software engineering, hardware and network design, project management and government consulting to NextPoint and the supported customers.
Mr. Van Zandt served in the United States Air Force Reserves for six years receiving an Honorable discharge. Mr. Van Zandt earned an Associates in Applied Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business management.
Eric Santiago
Corporate Solutions Architect
Mr. Santiago joined NextPoint Group in 2015 and became our first "Corporate Solutions Architect" in 2023. Eric brings a wide array of expertise and experience from over 20 years as a web developer, software engineer, systems administrator, and website content administrator, all of which help customers and clients of NextPoint Group achieve their goals. Eric has helped usher several projects through from concept to production operations, including cloud-engineered solutions on Azure and AWS.
His ability to pick up new technologies and rapidly implement system features and security according to customer regulations and guidelines has been invaluable to clients since he joined NextPoint Group. When he's not administrating a system supporting over 200 business-card websites, he's planning, developing, and implementing NextPoint Group's corporate systems' networks. Mr. Santiago prefers to develop with PHP and JavaScript, but also has working knowledge of C, C++, Python, Perl, PowerShell, Ruby, Java, Rust, Go, Swift, and Elixir (and a few more).
Eric served in the US Army (2001-2006) as a Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Analyst (98C).
